Anyway, If you load your Z brush file, and auto assign polygroups to your model, you should be able to fix this problem, with, the "delete hidden" button.

My mesh will be duplicated within itself! I can't seem to just delete the secondary because they are so closely tied together. What is causing this to happen? How can I delete the second mesh within itself if it is appearing in the SAME subtool, not as a new one?
